Reduced Price, New Design Announced for Little Lindy® Prismatic Post Top

A.L.P. announces dramatically reduced pricing for the Little Lindy® prismatic post top, effective April 30, 2020. A.L.P. has developed manufacturing and sourcing efficiencies that have significantly reduced our production costs, and we are passing along the savings to you.

We are also now offering a one-piece version for even better value. This new, streamlined design saves money on product price, installation, and maintenance. Without the requirement for clamp bands and screws, the one-piece Little Lindy is more cost-effective. There’s no field assembly needed, so installation is faster and cheaper.  And the one-piece sealed design saves more in maintenance costs, too.

Measuring 19” high, 14” diameter with 8” neck fitter, the mid-size, pedestrian-scale post top is offered in UV stabilized Clear Acrylic , Lumieo® and UV stabilized Clear Polycarbonate.

Announcing the Next Generation of A.L.P.’s Lindy Family Post-Top Refractors

  • Better Value
  • Improved Aesthetics
  • Same Unsurpassed Optical Performance
  • No assembly required

A.L.P.’s The Lindy® 424 and Little Lindy® 408 Post Top are now available in one-piece versions, for better looks, reduced cost and faster installation—with no need for a metal clamp band!

In this new evolution, we have kept the traditional, turn-of-the-century look for a scenic post-top ambiance, as well as the cutting-edge photometric performance. The refractor bottom and top are glued, eliminating the need for other unsightly attachment methods and sealing the assembly for lower maintenance.

  • No field assembly for faster installation
  • Sealed for lower maintenance

For The Lindy, our larger product, the assembled refractor bottom and top are 15.9” in diameter, 23.16” high and are available with 8” or 9” diameter fitters.

When assembled, our smaller version, The Little Lindy, is 14.11” in diameter, 19.05” high, and available with an 8” fitter.

Like our standard models, the one-piece versions come in UV Stabilized Acrylic in Clear, Lumieo®, and also clear Polycarbonate.

news_press_reflex_1

Expands highbay reflector series with aluminum options.

A.L.P.’s Reflek® brand announces the release of the new AL16 and AL22 highbay reflectors, made of spun, anodized aluminum.

Reflek

These cost-efficient reflectors feature a flat top so that they can adapt to most LED Pod fixtures without the need for expensive collars. For enhanced optical performance, AL16 and AL22 reflectors are shallower than traditional reflectors, allowing for higher beam angles. They are suited for a variety of challenging LED fixture applications, including hot, harsh, and dirty environments.

Developed in conjunction with the reflector experts from A.L.P. LexaLite®, the AL16 and AL22 are designed to accept LexaLite brand bottom lenses, clamp bands, and accessories, as well as accommodate fixture openings up to 10 inches.
