Extrusion Thermoforming

A.L.P.’s Extruder/Thermoformer is sophisticated equipment that performs multiple processes efficiently and with predictable quality. Designed to produce thermoformed shapes at high volumes, its continuous production offers higher throughput and consistency. The ETF system consists of a sheet extruder, calendar roll, accumulator section, thermoform, trim, web take-up and recycling.

Suitable applications include lighting lenses, reflectors, durable packaging, skylights, trays or other large and/or high-volume shapes.
